ApplyPaperwork was built to give every job seeker — regardless of background, country, or budget — free access to professional-quality career documents. Cover letters, CVs, application emails, motivation letters and LinkedIn summaries used to be locked behind $20–$30/month subscriptions on tools like Teal, Kickresume, and Rezi. They shouldn't be.
Every tool on this site is free, forever — no signup, no credit card, no usage caps. It is built and maintained by a single engineer in Berlin and supported by lightweight ads so it can stay free for everyone, in both English and German.

I built ApplyPaperwork after watching friends — and myself — pay for "AI resume" tools that were thin wrappers over ChatGPT, charged subscriptions, and stored personal data. This site ships purpose-built prompts per document type, works in English and German out of the box, and stores nothing.
